You’ll earn points every time you shop at cz.medik8.com, leave a review via email, refer a friend and on your birthday and more. You can swap your points for vouchers or redeem them for selected Medik8 products. 

The more you spend, the higher your Crystal status becomes — unlocking even more rewards, tailored experiences and exclusive access.  

Simply create an account on cz.medik8.com. If you already have an account, you’re automatically enrolled - just log in to check your points, Crystal status and any rewards you have.

If you’ve shopped with us before creating an account, we will automatically add points from any orders made with the same email address in the last 3 months.

You’ll earn 1 point for every 1 Kč you spend at cz.medik8.com (including orders where a discount has been applied). You can also collect points for writing product reviews, referring friends, on your birthday and more.

Some points, such as those from your online order, purchasing a sustainable refill or referrals, will appear as pending, they will be approved after 35 days. Most other points will appear instantly, but occasionally may take up to 48 hours to reflect in your account.

Crystal is unlocked when you first join Me&Medik8
Crystal Plus is unlocked when you spend 7500 Kč within 12 months
Crystal Deluxe is unlocked when you spend 15000 Kč within 12 months

As your status elevates, so do your rewards - from early access to product launches, to luxury gifting and exclusive offers.

Your status is based solely on your annual spend, it is valid for 12 months from the date you qualify.

Your points are valid for 12 months from the day you earn them. Your Crystal status remains valid for 12 months from the date you qualify.

If you’re subscribed to our emails, we’ll always notify you before anything expires so you don’t miss out.

Once you have at least 1500 points, you can redeem them for a voucher in your account or directly at checkout. Your voucher will be stored in your account and is valid for 90 days.

Please note the following conditions:

• A minimum spend of 600 Kč is required (after the voucher is applied)
• Vouchers cannot be used with other discounts or promotions
• Vouchers do not apply to shipping costs or Gift Card purchases

Don’t forget to tell us your birthday!  Please add your date of birth above at least 24 hours beforehand, your reward will be available on the day and we’ll email you to let you know it’s there.

Crystal: 1500 points, valid for 12 months.

Crystal Plus: 4500 points, valid for 12 months.

Crystal Deluxe: A complimentary product of your choice, valid for 30 days.
